Sol-Led Learning LLC ("we", "us") operates SOL-Led Learning™. We are the data controller for the personal information described here, meaning we decide how and why it is used.

Designed for minimal learner data

Learners never have accounts. For each learner we only store a nickname you choose, an age band and a learning environment. Please never enter real names, diagnoses, birth dates or school records.

What we collect and why

  • Account details (name, email, sign-in credentials or Google sign-in) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
  • Learner details (nickname, age band, environment) and assessment answers, results and plans — to provide the Service. Basis: contract.
  • Ask SOL questions and answers — sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not currently save chat history. Basis: contract.
  • Subscription status (plan, renewal dates) — to unlock Premium. Basis: contract.
  • Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Support messages — to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host the app, store data, provide sign-in and power AI features, under contract and only to provide the Service.
  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling Premium, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle handles your payment details directly; we never see your full card number.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed.
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except where we must keep records (such as transaction records) by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your data, or object to certain uses. Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will not treat you differently for using them. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data isolation so that only you can see your learners and results.

Cookies and storage

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
